Shehnaz is a mom to a 6-year-old boy. Her day is spent mostly taking care of her kid, and household chores with less physical activity.
Her goal was to lose weight, be more active, and improve her strength and endurance level. Over 3 months I helped her reach her desired results which improved her lifestyle, posture and strength.
