Founder Of Kore Fitness

Meet Kiran, the visionary founder of Kore Fitness. With more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Kiran began his journey as a personal trainer in 2010. Spending ten years at Dubai’s largest gym groups, he served as a personal trainer honing his expertise. Over the last ten years, Kiran has mastered Group Fitness Training on an international scale. His wealth of experience has equipped him with the knowledge to help clients move their bodies more effectively. By combining tailored nutrition plans with intensive training sessions, Kiran has achieved remarkable results for both his personal training and small group training clients. Recognizing the need to extend his reach beyond one-on-one sessions, Kiran devised an online program, Body-U-Want, to assist those unable to access personalized training

For more than a decade, Kiran has been successfully implementing this program in personalized one-on-one sessions. He works closely with each client, helping them establish an effective training routine, follow a balanced nutrition plan, and cultivate the right mindset to achieve optimal results while staying motivated.

My journey to health and happiness started back in school, fueled by my love for sports. I found joy in chasing a ball while managing my studies, often appreciated for my active presence in both the classroom and playground. Therefore, it was inevitable that my career would involve some sort of physical activity. Therefore, I went on to study sports and exercise science and gained certification in ISSA & YMCA personal training. Today, I am a master trainer in Kore Fitness Training, which is the world leader in small group training programs.

I’m always eager to delve deeper into understanding human psychology. I find it fascinating how individuals’ personalities, thoughts, and reactions influence their workouts. Some choose to stay grounded, while others aim for the stars. Regardless of your choice, I’m here to assist you in reaching your goals. My mantra is simple: to help clients achieve the results they truly desire. My approach is to listen to each individual’s needs and work toward delivering those results. This approach allows me to provide greater value to my clients because, without them, I’m just someone who enjoys chasing a ball around.
